Why do you only ship USPS Priority Mail? TOP
Well, when I was purchasing beads, I wanted to get them as quickly as
possible! I always mail beads within 24 hours of your
payment. With USPS Priority Mail, you can receive your beads in
as little as 5 days. That's fast!!
Do you take custom orders? TOP
Why yes, yes I do! Do you see something in the Catalog that you
like, but it's not quite your color? Then email me at Kim@HeavenlyFire.com to request the color of your choice.
What is Kim's Klub? TOP
Kim's Klub is a combo Wholesale, discount and perks club. It's like shopping at Sam's Club, but for us beady type folks!
Can I have a sneak peek into new designs? TOP
You sure can! Just join Kim's Klub to get all the dirt on all the upcoming happenings here at Heavenly Fire Lampwork.
What if I am not happy with my purchase? TOP
No problemo! Just email me within 30 days of your purchase for a
full refund. As soon as you ship the beads back to me, I will
issue a refund, less the shipping cost.
What is annealing? TOP
Annealing is the process of placing items in a Kiln to make them more
stable. It's kind of like cooking them to give all of the
molecules time to find a proper place to go. It does NOT make the
glass item unbreakable...remember, it's glass and glass breaks.
But with regular use, you should be able to pass down your glass art
items for generations.
